Status codes and error codes.
Errors are JSON:

| 400 | VALIDATION_ERROR, INVALID_PERIOD, INVALID_CURSOR | A parameter is wrong |
| 400 | UNKNOWN_PURPOSE, NO_PURPOSES, NO_NOTICE, UNKNOWN_WEBSITE | Recording consent: a purpose not on the collection point, a collection point with no purposes, no published notice, or a website that is not yours |
| 401 | MISSING_API_KEY, INVALID_API_KEY, API_KEY_REVOKED, API_KEY_EXPIRED | The key is missing, wrong, revoked or expired |
| 403 | IP_NOT_ALLOWED | The call came from an address the key does not allow |
| 403 | MISSING_SCOPE | The key lacks the scope this call needs |
| 404 | UNKNOWN_COLLECTION_POINT, UNKNOWN_WEBSITE | A filter on consent records names something you do not have |
| 404 | NOT_FOUND | No active collection point with that slug or id |
| 409 | TRUST_CENTER_OFF | Portal sessions: Manage my data is switched off |
| 409 | none | Logging a deletion: the schedule is on legal hold |
| 429 | RATE_LIMITED | Too many calls. Wait a minute |
