Capture consent on a form

1. Open Consent Management, then the Collection points tab.
2. Click New collection point and name it after the form.
3. Pick the purposes for this form and put them in order.
4. Click Copy snippet.
5. Paste it inside the form on your site:

6. Submit a test entry, then check the Consent Records tab.

Good to know:

• The block stays hidden until a Purpose Registry is published.
• Checkboxes start unticked. Your form submits either way.
• Collection points are archived, not deleted.
